1. Overview

At Future Code, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure every product you receive is in perfect condition and as described. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly.

• The wrong product was shipped.

• The product is not as described on our website.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@futurecode.site with your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Opened ink or toner cartridges

• Used printers or accessories

• Digital or downloadable products

• Clearance or final-sale items

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

1. You’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

2. Ship the item back in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

3. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card, or bank). Please allow additional processing time as per your bank’s policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the order will be treated as a return.
